What is Diocesan Leadership Conference?

This is a Conference where young adults are invited to deepen their faith, discover their calling, build lasting friendships, and are equipped to lead with courage in the world.

Our Story

DLC began as a small youth retreat and has grown into one of the most anticipated gatherings for young adult Mar Thoma believers across the diocese. Each year carries a theme — a word from the Lord for this generation.

2027 is the year of Witness.

Our Host

St. John’s MTC Youth Fellowship, also known as St. John’s Ablaze YF, is a generation of young believers called to know Christ, grow together, and boldly share His love. Through fellowship, service, and spiritual growth, we seek to be faithful witnesses of God’s goodness and light wherever we go.
