Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa has been a powerful witness and a steadfast supporter of youth ministry within our Diocese. His impactful ministry has significantly shaped the life and witness of the Mar Thoma Church in the United States.
Even during his years of higher studies at institutions such as Boston University, Princeton University, and General Theological Seminary, Thirumeni remained actively engaged with the youth of our Diocese. He continually encouraged young people to move beyond familiar boundaries, deepen their faith, and bear witness to the Lord through every aspect of their lives.
Thirumeni has always taken a keen interest in listening to the voices, experiences, and concerns of young people. With affection, patience, and genuine pastoral care, he offers thoughtful insight and guidance, helping them navigate the challenges of faith, identity, leadership, and life in today's world. His willingness to listen and his ability to relate personally with the youth have made his ministry especially meaningful and encouraging.
